THE WORD SHOW teaches children about basic literacy principles. The concepts of nouns, verbs, pronouns, adjectives, and adverbs are introduced with lots of fun audience participation to build a rudimentary understanding of grammar basics. In this forty-five minute show, two actors will take the audience on a fast-paced exploration of words, exposing kids to the basics of English vocabulary in a way they can easily grasp. At the end, the audience will understand how we use our words to form proper sentences. This show will stress the importance of reading and vocabulary and reinforce classroom teachings in an entertaining way and is a GREAT tool to help with testing.
