Scholarships are available to children ages 4-17 from low-income families who wish to participate in a Playmakers fall or spring class. At this time, there is no scholarship available for summer programming. Eligibility is based on the Louisiana School Breakfast and Lunch Program household income guidelines (linked here).

To apply for Fall 2019 Classes:

Complete all fields in the form below.
Applications for Fall 2019 classes must be completed by Friday, August 23rd at 5pm to be considered.
All applications will be evaluated based on personal statement and financial need.
One student will be selected per semester to receive a 100% scholarship to the class of his/her choice.
The selected student will be notified via email by Monday, August 26th.

Be prepared to provide additional information, such as most recent tax return.
All information is confidential and will be discarded appropriately after review.
